Skin bumps

Hello,

My mini lop, Flopsy, is molting right now. I've noticed somebumps on his skin, mainly on his back. They're not cuts butwhen I pick at them, it's like a piece of dried skin with a tuft ofhair attached to it. What is this? Does he havemites or a skin infection or is this because he's molting?He's not scratching himself at all. He has a good appetiteand is very active, as he's a house rabbit.

Sounds like possible fur mites -- I'd gethim checkedASAP.

I second Pam on that one. With rabbits you never know; its best to have anything suspicious checked out as soon as possible.
