they will be here early on Friday--been re-doing the backyard so they can't get to the pool equipment and the misting system. Also put up my blocking on the washing machine so they can't chew on the clean-out door--had to do all that when Bender was young, 10 years ago. Once he got past the terrible 2's he stopped acting like the world was a chew-toy.

Oops, they should be here around 5 PDT. Yard is all set and have everything they could chew that should not be fenced off--had to build 6 foot fence with locked gate around pool equipment--had to fix wiring 10 years ago when we first got Bender. SOOOOOOOOOOOOO very excited!!!!!!!!!!!

How incredibly exciting. Congrats
Looking forward to seeing the pictures

They are HUGE puppies, over 60 pounds already. I will have tech support (my son) put up pics next Thursday as he has a photo account/app and I don't--my phone is just a phone. Not used to the energy that puppies have since it's been 10+ years since our last ones were puppies.
What do your rabbits think about this newest development?
Cannot wait to see the pictures

They are going to be huge, both now over 180 pounds and growing, but they have slowed down a bit on their eating as the are full grown but will fill out a bit over the next year. Will have tech support (my son Dan) put up some pics as he has a photo account and I don't next week when he comes over. The only real problem now is if they can fit their mouth on it, it is chewable! I missed posting here for awhile as I got the Flu and then RSV, felt like death warmed over and coughed for more than a month.

Well, best wishes healthwise :), although I kinda envy you. Just kidding, but I really could enjoy a week or so in bed, no chance, all my colleages are on sick leave now and then, not me. Using public transport seems to made me immune to all that bugs. Have accumulated what, about 60 or 70 vacation days too, but there's too much work to do...

Uhm, can't you attach pictures at every post? I would have thought using external hosters is a thing of the past - and I never liked that anyway since once all my posted pictures got replaced by a pamphlet about some hosting dispute of some porn site, which I really didn't aggree with and did not want to pop up in all of my posts, took me 2 days to delete all that. Sure can't happen nowadays anymore though, I'm sure.

How do you go for a walk with such ponys, what happens if a cat crosses the road :D? That chow bill must be quite a bummer, I guess if they are eating everything in your house it's still cheaper ;).

Lets see: the food bill was horrendous at $64 dollars a bag, six bags a month. The have tapered down to only 4 bags a month, each bag weighing 40 pounds. The real fun is trying to clear the yard of the used product--I always tell Nancy that I only have to wash my hair in the shower as my arms and legs have been licked completely clean. They are very sweet, loving dogs, but when they lean on you it is a moving experience. Taking them for a walk is not too bad as they were leashed trained before they were shipped to us, but they are VERY strong so they can pull you around sometimes and the best thing is they do not pay attention to cats at all. I keep forgetting to have Tech Support (my son) put up pics as I do not have a photo acct with any entity, but he does. Will try to remember next Tuesday when he comes over for his free dinner. The thing I really like is they are gigantic so we do not have outside cameras like all our neighbors because no one in their right or wrong mind is going to try to come in our yard or house and cameras only let you know who broke in and robbed you, they do not prevent it from happening. That is why I got a large Doberman 50 years ago with a progression to larger dogs. We had our first Dane while our last Dober was still with us and then we were gifted with a Bull Mastiff and she was a great dog but aggressive around strangers and when she passed we got a Dane that became huge, 208 pounds. Next year we got a brother of his from another litter, but he was small at only 176 pounds. Our boys we have now are over 180 and will be a year old on March 23rd. I feel safe with our boys and know that if I travel, my wife and grandson will be safe and looked after.
