When my mom got her allergies tested, they did it on her forearm as a series of 40-50 pricks of needles, each containing a common allergen.
She didn't walk in and say "I want to be tested for x".
It is possible to get a general assessment.

EDIT:
Just thought of something... when I was about 13-14, I felt like (and did) throw up in the mornings after the shower for probably about 4 months or so... The urge to puke/dizzy went away over time, but I still am not sure what caused it. I think it was perhaps mold. It only happened in the mornings that I remember.... mind you, I have a bad memory :)

No real solution here... just make sure that you are eating a balanced, healthy diet, and getting at least 8 hours of sleep. If you aren't doing those things, then that is likely part of the problem.

Are there any strong smells in your house/bedroom? For example, the smell of blueberry stuff makes me feel sick. We had blueberry washing up liquid once and I literally used to heave every time we used it.

Anything like that?

Possibly the hay/straw you use?

As I mentioned on MSN, the very fear of being sick will probably make it worse- you worry about feeling/being sick so much, that it will make you feel more sick etc.... Just thought I'd put that here as well so others could see what I said... ;)

I am a hypochondriac, as Nathan says... If I think I feel sick, I will likely be sick very shortly. The mind is an incredible thing... I can get myself feeling so sick very fast if I don't stay grounded in reality.
I don't try to feel sick.. no body does, but it is important to keep a positive outlook and think of other things rather than how you feel... that way you don't get hung up on feeling sick.

It doesn't have to stop you doing things. You can fight through it, and probably the more you do and the more confident you get, the better you will feel.

If you are feeling that low about it, then talk to your mum and tell her what you just said here.

I was thinking of more mental strength. I have several food intolerance (and like you am emetophobic) and I often feel sick all the time, and yet I have learnt to push through it, and 99% of the time I can. My brother has Crohns disease and its cripppling for him yet he pushes through it as much as he can. You're back at school now which is great and you are learning to do it, the more you fight it, the less hold it has over you. I know not everything is like that, believe me, but in this case it might be like that if you can find more inner strengthand start to push through it more.

Yeh, it is annoying, but that's the reason to fight it, because why should something annoying stop you doing what you want? It shouldn't.
