i'm going to play devils advocate here and say maybe you should give the poor girl a break.
You don't know what she's been through, she could have been sexually assaulted or abused as a child or something, often overly promiscuous teenagers have had hardships in their childhood.
If your boyfriend is in his late 20s and this girl is a teenager i'm sure he has the sense to just ignore it, meaning you probably shouldn't feel jealous or threatened.
And it would make you look very immature if you got angry at her in person.
Perhaps take a different approach? maybe sit her down and befriend her and just try and talk to her about her issues, gently bring it up and ask if shes ok because you've noticed her behaviour being kind of odd lately. Maybe she may confide in you and you could urge her to get the help she may need.
and don't forget, teenage humans and teenage rabbits arent that different. teenage rabbits just want to hump everything, as do teenage humans, its hormones! doesnt necessarily have to be malicious!
