He bit me today! Itwasn't hard. It was more of a "I'm gonna bite you" kind of bite. Justkind of moved my shirt out of the way....hard....to let me know he wasreally serious about not liking this hair cut and brushing stuff. I wasworking on mats and combing out more tangles. :XLike I saidin an earlier post, I groom him nearly every day. It's gotten to besuch a pain in the $#@ but I keep it up. He's getting where he reallydoesn't care for it much anymore, which makes me sad. It's tediouswork. And nerve wracking too, to work so close to their skin when youhave to cut those little mats out. You guys just wouldn't believe thisfur. Anyway, he got a doozy of a hair cut today! Igave him a few extra craisins to make up for theinconvenience.

Does he dig before he bites? Bo doesthat to let me know he's not happy about something or needs hislitterbox if I am holding him LOL!

Poor little bunny, why is his hair so problematic?

Poor RaspberrySwirl. :pAbout time you had a taste of what it's like to have a real rabbit!

Mocha used to be so bad about that but with age he's calmed down andhasn't bit a soul in months. :shock:Now he just pushes heteeth against my finger as if to show me he can and will bite, lol!

I'm laughing here, I find it kind of funny. :p

Bo, his fur is like one of those dusterthingys on a stick! The kind that when you spin it, it's all wildlooking! Like the hair on a troll doll! It's downy soft but brushing itis like brushing a cotton ball. It gets little tangles and mats in itreally bad. I trim it every two weeks or so to try and keep it undercontrol. He's very tiny under all that fur! Here is a pretty goodpicture where you can see all his fuzzy hairs sticking out and howfluffy he is. If I didn'ttrim him all the time He'd look likea sheepdog!

Someone wanted to assert his independence and power, ey?

That little stinker! I would also be absolutely shocked if Tucker or Fauna gave me a nip.

Sounds like he just wanted to give you a warning. If he bit you, youwouldn't 'think' it happened, you'd know. Maybe he had a knot in it andhe reacted to your grooming him. It does seem like a good idea to keephim trimmed.

Now - May we see a picture of his new doo?

P.S. Sebbie makes an adorable Santa. :dude:

I'm so sorry -- I know what a nightmare it can be to keep up on those soft coats that matt close to the skin :(

Wishing that son of yours that can trim abunny in 90 seconds flat lived right nextdoor! I'm sure part of the problem is my lack of experienceand knowledge with it...but what are you gonna do? You just gotta keepon learning...

Oh my! Does he molt much? is that an issue? They have those zoom groom brushes that might help.

I don't think I could handle a bunny with fur like that AND my daughter's hair! :?

There is NOBODY who can MAKE ME believe that my sweet baby Sebbie would EVER bite ANYBODY ... :X

I think that my Sherman said it best when he said this:

P.S. I know that I attached this photo, but why is it showing up as just as an attachment and not going intoview mode outright?...

I noticed that too.....bizzarro.......

I feel for your situation "Poor Bo". Theentrepenours need to work on a bunny detangler required for those hardto brush areas. Sounds like my hair reaction in the morning when itsee's a brush :D
