Safe Paint

I am doing up the enclosure at the moment to make it more fun for the rabbits, and noticed it is very drab and dull looking.
2 walls are cement, as it is built against a shed and the garden wall. The other 2 walls are wire.

I was thinking of painting a bright cheerful mural across the 2 cement walls with my artist aunt over the summer, but was just wondering about paint.

I assume non toxic paint will go by its name and be non toxic?

Not that they will be chewing the wall, but all the same.
