Very sorry about the lose of your bunny. He looked like a cutie. If I were you I would get a refund from petland and if want another rabbit go somewhere else. Like a rescue or shelter or even a good breeder.

I am caring for a lionhead bunny with the same condition. He is about 2 years old and developed glaucoma. Last month he developed an abscess that ruptured but the eye stayed intact and we have treated it with antibiotics and metacam for pain and swelling. It ruptured once more, but then stopped and the eye has gone back down to normal size. Eventually it may shrink further. He is blind in the eye, but is a very happy bunny! I wonder if this is a genetic thing with lionheads??
