Resolved-Phinn acting off

Phinn didn't eat his greens at about 9 tonight, and I just gave them
their usual pellets and a treat before bedtime, and he wouldn't eat that either :?.
He's acting really skittish and scared, and his tummy feels hard.

I gave him about a syringe of baby gas meds, hopefully gas is all that this is.

I'm going to bed but i'll give an update in the morning!

Hi, wishing good thoughts for you. It sounds like abdominal discomfort, possibly due to gas. Do you know when he last pooped and if they were normal?

It isn't too normal for the tummy to feel hard, I don't think you are awake now but if you are another dose of simethicone (gas drops) won't hurt. They can get 1.5CC every hour.

If he is still like this in the a.m, and his tummy feels hard/bloated, I would treat it as an emergency as he may be impacted. I hope he is back to normal though- but keep us posted!

How is Phinn this morning? Keep up with the simethicone and tummy rubs if he's still not eating.

Hi guys!

Glad to report Phinn is mainly back to normal. He's eating now atleast.
He's still acting a bit uncomfortable, but maybe that's just me imagining it, lol.
I'm guessing that was just a bout of gas. Jeez- those are scary :shock:.
