Well, I must have done this when I was younger and, ehem, lied about my age. It says I am 22.5 and my real age is 15. I am actually only 19, so that probably messed up the results some.

Ok, I just wanted to bump this, because I took the test again! Last time my Real Age was 30.5, and now it's 28.7!

I've started swimming 3 times a week, and I'm eating more vegetables and fruits. Although still not enough fruit, and too much red meat still :blushan: I've also lost about 10lbs since January. (No idea where from though lol...)

But YAY for getting younger!

I"m 25.6 and my real age is 31.4. Not bad, I thought it would be worse considering I have a bunch of health issues and feel like i'm 75 all the time.

I'm sending this to my mom.

I did this test the first time it was discussed here, and now I can't get them to stop sending me annoying emails! The topic will look interesting, then I open it and it's just an ad for a product. Bah!

I think it's a stupid test but i did it anyhow. Supposedly my"real age" is 34.3 and I'm 40.... It's flattering but complete rubbish. I wonder if I hadn't ticked some genetic conditions like astigmatism would it have knocked another few months off?

I used my "throw away" email address when I did it. My throw away address gets an amazing amount of spam - about 200 per week.

Oh wow.I clicked No on all the questions whether I want to know how to improve this or that aspect... I hope they don't bother me with stuff anyhow. I think i was rather careful:(

I get the odd email from them- about once every 2 weeks? I'm so used to getting spam anyway because I've had my email account since I was 18 and signed everything up to it, so it doesn't really bother me all that much.

I guess it's not completely accurate or anything, given that it asks so many questions that people don't know the answer to. Nevertheless I was still pleased that I'd made myself 2 'years younger' my making myself a bit more healthier.

I did that, too. I actually currently have 4 different email accounts (not counting my work email). My 'throw away' account is the one I've had for 10 years, so that one gets a *lot* of junk.
I think the part that annoys me is that some of the emails look like they'll have a link to an interesting article, but then turns out to be an advertisement.
