Wow thats a lot of water. Glad i'm not near the ocean ![Smile :) :)](data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7)
The power has been on and off. It's raining again and there is some pretty nasty stuff moving in from offshore. We have now officially had more rain than the three 2004 hurricanes combined.
We sit up higher than most of our neighbors. There are 4 or 5 houses on our block that have water in them. The water in the street is knee deep.
Me and the buns are hunkered down for the duration.
We haven't had to sandbag. Fortunately, we are at the high end of our street. Our neighbors a few doors down haven't been so lucky. We are up to 28" of rain and expect 2 more today.Do you need a dinghy?
All joking aside, are you guys sandbagging at all? I can't fathom how challenging this scenario must be.
Fingers crossed for zero damage..
