Since you aren't seeing any worms now, they should all be killed off. But it sounds like she had a heavy load of worms, so it might take her digestive tract a bit to heal and recover from that. I would give her a little time to recover, and just continue to keep an eye on her pooping and eating. Hopefully over the next few days you will see these things gradually improving.
Should I give her gas drops?

If she seems uncomfortable and you think the gas drrops will help, it doesn't usually hurt to try them.

You hopefully shouldn't see any more dead worms after the 2nd dose. It's mostly to make sure they are all gone. However, if you were to see dead worms in the poop after the 2nd dose, you may want to consider requesting your vet let you do the 5 day consecutive dosing, because seeing more worms means your rabbit did manage to get reinfected, and you would need to do a more aggressive dosing routine like the 5 day to stop if from happening again.

Well.. 1/4 a cup of pellets was 19 grams, so I started with 10 grams for a week, and I gave her 11 grams this week.
I just weighed her and she had lost 200 grams..
I don’t think that increasing pellets is a good idea, I knew that she’s not going to gain weight in a few days but I didn’t expect her to lose weight!
What should i do

So.. I gave her the second dose, and checked her poops, there’s no worms 🎉
But she is still gassy, and her poops keep changing.
She is back to her disobedient teenage self, but she’s been sleeping alot.
Her pee is looking different and I think that it’s because of the pellets, should I decrease them? is there any other solution for her weight?
Does her pee look normal? since she started to pee outside of the litter box, sleeping more, and her pee looking different, I’m worried that she’s having another problem, I’ve also been seeing drops of pee in the cage but it doesn’t happen every day, I don’t know what dribbling looks like so I don’t know if this is it or if she had peed in the box then sat on that spot and wiped it there..
