rabbit question

I have a rabbit that picks straw up in its mouthand carries it around for a while then decides to put it in her boxthen lay there for a while moving it around like she is setting upsomething.

Whet does this mean.

Is she pregnant?

or is she ready to be mated.

Im only new to rabbit and i have been told that it is hard to do. But m just not sure.

I had her in with the male about 30 minites ago and she didnt lay out flat so he could mount her or anything.

I have also been told that thay do make a nest 3 days beforethay have them but the last 2 littersthat i havehadthey make the nest that night.

ok i wasnt able to do the thing that you feel herbut i had a unpregnant rabbit and i checked her vent (it was pale andsmall) but then i done the one we are talking about and it was largeand dark pink inside.

So by that ind say she is pregnant

Most does dont make a nest untill the lastminute,she might have a false pregnancy.I dont think her vulva colorindicates pregnancy only willingness to breed.pale not ready tobreed,pinkish or reddish ready to breed,purple red ready tobreed.bluebird
