Hi
Has anybody figured out what the cause of thehunger strike could be? I have the same problem. It seems like Raisinwas not eating or drinking anything for the past 3days. He's just as he always is, running around, binkie-ing,giving me kisses, no difference in his behaviour. The only thing he does eat is chocolate and I know he's not allowed to have it. Last night I picked some grass and gave that to him and he started eating it!!!:bunnydance:Then I dunked the grass in the water and he loved that and about 4 hrs later went to his water bowl and drank a lot of water by himself (for the first time in 3 days!!!!).:elephant:
I was so worried but we dont have a vet for rabbits close by so my friend and I kept a close eye on him. The only change was that he made very small poops and not as much as usual.
Please let me know if anybody could figure out what this was....
Next time I will def use the syringe and "force" him to drink water!
Thanks
