My rabbit is 3 months old, it's noot pooing for last 8 hours. He is very active and eating normally... Can we do something to make it poo.

Is he a new rabbit for you and how long have you had him?

Thanks, new rabbit for me, bought 15 days ago. Just now he pooped two soft pellets.

Did he stop eating in the last day or so, or maybe was not eating very much and not as active as usual? Is his water supply ok? If he drinks from a bottle with a nozzle, have you checked to make sure the nozzle isn't stuck and he hasn't been able to drink. A rabbit that doesn't drink, won't eat, and a rabbit not eating will not poop as much. Though it sounds like now he is eating normally?

Have you changed or given him any new foods recently, or have there been any major changes in his environment like moving him to a new area, getting a new pet, or maybe loud sounds around where he is?

He is eating normally and very active. No change in environment. However, he stopped pooing after I gave a small cabbage leaf in morning. I washed it in warm water but most probably that is the cause. For rst of the day I am feeding him grass and cilantro only, he pooed two soft pebbles after I gave him 6 pellets with grass.

It sounds like the cabbage leaf upset his stomach. Since he is eating fine now, his poop should just go back to normal as he continues to eat normally. I would suggest not feeding cabbage again as he is probably sensitive to it giving him an upset stomach.

Make sure that any other veggies/greens that you introduce into his diet, you do only one at a time and start gradually with a small amount. If it doesn't cause an upset stomach or mushy poop, then that veggie/green can be gradually increased, until you try a new veggie/green. Here are some instructions on how to introduce veggies/greens into a rabbits diet correctly.

Thanks, I also wish he will be normal soon. I won't give him cabbage anymore.. now only giving him grass, cilantro and little bit of pellets, which he was eating so far...
