Quick question...do female buns spray with theonset of hormones, or is it just males? I'm just wondering ifthis delightful happening is something I have to look forward to.

Another question, as my Maisie is reaching adolescence...do ALL bunsturn aggressive and difficult until they are spayed/neutered?Or are some worse than others? Is this something I will haveto watch as far as her relationship with the kitties?

I'm slowly realizing what I've gotten myself into as far as bringinghome a baby bun...but no worries, guys...NOTHING would EVER make me"get rid" of my baby!! She's my sweet girl...and I realizethat whatever accompanies her hormones is temporary, and will go awayagain with her getting desexed. So, I'm not worried...as theysay, "I'm not scared"...just bracing and trying to prepare myself forthe possible storm.

:D I love my baby Maisie!! :D

Puberty is different for eachindividual. Some rabbits stay sweet and don'treally change, others (cough*Mocha*cough) become holyterrors.

Females do sometimes spray. Mocha marked with urine a lot,and on rare occasion sprayed a wall. Fey and Sprite sometimessprayed each other, but they were kept in a small cage without exerciseso I might put that down to pure frustration. They neversprayed me though, so it never bothered me too much. Just alittle more cleaning.

Nope, not all rabbits turnaggresive. My rabbit Pepsi has been a total cuddle bun patientlittle angel even through her teeny ages. She's only ever bit me onceso I consider myself lucky.. hehe.

On the other hand is my friends rabbit. Sweetest little thing then afew months passed and it was a nasty little grunting, biting, boxing, bunny! After she passed that stage she's now a calmlittle lady. When they are young, they're personalities do change insome rabbits and sometimes they can change after their teen years.

I don't know if what I found on my wall was spray, but I let Pebblesand Pepsi sniff through the bars and when I put Pebbles back and wokeup the next morning there was this sort of pee splatered on the wall. Not sure if she sprayed but I'm glad it was just a wipe off and not onthe carpet or something.
