pregnant doe questions...

Ok, so this isn't my first time dealing with baby bunnies, I've got that part down pat.

But the guy I bought my 2 Rex does from emailed me last night and informed me the one was pregnant. Not what I wanted to deal with right now. He's not positive how far along she is.... SO my question is, is there any signs on the doe that could give me an approximate expect date. One week til she has them, 2 weeks?

The easiest way to tell is, if they start to kick, you got anywhere from immediately to a few days. Wish I could be more help. When you get her, put a nestbox inwith her at that time...just in case.

I got her now. I'm fixing her cage tonight before I go to bed. I'll get her out in a bit to see if we can feel any kicking. =)

I'd suggest just putting a nestbox in, to be safe. Then it doesn't matter when she has them. Generally, does will start nesting shortly before they're due, so that should give you a good indicator. But as long as the box is in...no worries anyway!
