I just got a female rabbit on Friday and since Saturday has been showing signs of nesting. Today she has a very well made nest of hay, paper and fur in a tight circle.
she was a rescue animal brought into the shop 3 weeks ago so she could be pregnant we really don't know if she is,

So just want to know what do it do?

Well, rabbit gestation is 28-31 days. So, if she is pregnant, you'll find out quickly. Keep the bunny in an area of low stress and that's not too noisy. You could always take her to a vet and have them palpate her and let you know for sure. Make sure you provide her with lots of water and a good diet (grass hay, quality pellets) etc. If you can provide some sort of a nest box, that would be really good-something like a shoebox would work with hay in it.

If she is pregnant and has started nesting, it likely won't be too many more days before kits appear. Where has she made the nest? Is it in a box? It helps to have a box with a lip on it to stop the babies wandering, and make sure that they're not on a wire floor where the kits legs can fall through and get caught etc. The mother will feed her babies once or twice a day, in the morning and/or evening. But otherwise will mostly leave the kits alone. You can check on the kits after they're first born, and if there are any dead ones be sure to remove them. You will need to check daily to make sure they're being fed, you can tell if they've been fed if they have big round "ping pong ball" bellies. Some mothers can be very protective, so if she is then leave her be as much as you can, or at least try to make her happy with a treat and pets before reaching into the nest to check on any kits.

All that being said, it may also be a false pregnancy, but I suppose time will tell :)

Ok awesome!! Thanks for all the information. I attempted to make a nesting box. And it didn't fit in her hutch :( I got told not to use something cardboard? But maybe I should use something? She has made her nest in her covered box area at the end of her hutch. She's outside. I really am starting to doubt she is pregnant. It's been 4 days of nesting now. And she really doesn't look pregnant. But time will tell :)

You could use a cardboard shoe box as a last resort, but it won't hold up well and would only be temporary. Rabbits don't always look pregnant so, yea, you'll just have to play the waiting game.

Has she been with any other bunnies that you know of? Sometimes they will have a false pregnancy if they've been around other does that may have mounted them or that they could have mounted.

We really don't know as she was a rescue one found on the streets. Nobody claimed her so I have her. It's been nearly four weeks since she was found so I would be expecting babies any day now.
Last night though she changed her nest all around and it's looking more destroyed than sorted. So I'm thinking that it may be false??
Was secretly getting excited at prospect of baby rabbits :)
