I was going to recommend a feeding ball, too. I must have the same one as Brandy does. It DOES slow Honey down a little [with only one opening opened], but she's so good at it she doesn't get much exercise just batting it back from one foot to the other.

It's too bad there isn't a way to slow down the eating of greens. Of course you can always divide a meal into portions & give them out slowly. More work, of course & she'd be thumping at you rather than at Miss M.

I looked for a feeding ball today but did not find one. But I will get her one for sure. Brandy, please ask the shrimp to reconsider Tattoo's invite. He is after all a very classy Octopus. Dividing up Frags veggies might also be a good idea :)

For the veggies you can also put them in a hanging wire ball. It's made to dispense hay, but it works great shoving greens in there too.

As for Tattoo, the shrimps understand he is a very classy octopus. However, they are home bodies and don't like to venture far from their moss mountains.

Actually you can slow down the eating of greens, they make a cage you can put the greens in and suspend them above the floor of the cage, it is meant for chickens or parrots but it works for rabbits too!

This is the one I use for Cinderella:

They also have one that is for hay, but it works well for veggies too if you want a larger size:

I use this for hay for my gerbils, but it would work for veggies as well.

I think that we should all move to Fraggles, I rather like $30 sandwiches and gourmet chocolates. PB and J are more that fare around here.
True, perhaps I should take Katie up on the offer to move in as long as I come along with the rabbits and shrimp. :)
