Isn't it comforting to know that when you are about to become a bear's breakfast, your buddy is standing there taking photos?

I think everyone by now knows that I love Polar Bears. I don't know where these were taken but in Churchill, MB most people don't lock there vehicle doors for this reason. In case a bear does wander into town you have a place to escape to.
So - has anyone ever ducked into someone elses car (a strangers)to get away from a bear?

Tell ya the truth, honestly I don't know but it's nice to know that if the situation ever happen it would nice to know they had a place to be safe. I think in Churchill, MB things are much better than past years.
In the past they had a garbage dump that attracted a lot of bears so they changed that to a incinerator then changed to recycling everything possible, to make the town safer.

LOL! What a great friend.

I love polar bears to death. But no where close to bunnies. I bought the polar bear adoption package on WWF, and I even looked into flying to Churchill, Manitoba to seeing them personally.
