If the wound on the foot is where the smell is coming from, that wound mean there is infection present. So you'll just want to monitor it's healing very closely. Infections in rabbits can be extremely difficult to clear up. You may need a much longer coarse of antibiotics. It's not unusual to have to give them several weeks to months.
