What you wrote at the end of your post is so true. I feel so blessedand privileged to have the opportunity to have Nibbles in my life. (I'mtearing up. too...)

By the way, do you think that getting a bunny of the same breed after the one you loved passed away is a bad idea?

The 3rd bunny from the right on the logo of this site looks just like mine...
 
So sorry to hear about your baby.

Rescuing a bunny from a shelter is a great way to honor your bunny'smemory. Usually a bunny will choose you, so even if you go to theshelter with a specific breed in mind, you'll find a certain bunny thatyou feel drawn to.
