Hello,

I picked up a free male rabbit from an experienced rabbit owner. She said the marks on this rabbit where scars from being attacked by its sister. I am worried that this is not the case and that she was just eager to get rid of this rabbit. The rabbit had cauliflower like clusters completely around both eyes on on all four paws but primarily on the front two paws and on the edge of its ears. Does this look like anything you guys have ever seen before? any help you could give would be appreciated as well as any treatment suggestions you may have.

Those are NOT injuries from another rabbit. So either you were lied to, or the people know absolutely nothing. It looks like your rabbit might have mange. If you look on this link, it shows a picture with that type of crustiness on the paw. I would suggest getting your rabbit into the vet to get treated, and you'll also need to treat the area your rabbit has been in. You can ask the vet what would be best to use. Make sure you go to a vet that is experienced with rabbits. You can look on these lists to try and find one near you.

Take it to a vet please.

Most likely mites.

Looks like mange, mites, syphilis, or a fungal infection. You'll need a skin scraping to know what it is, and prescription meds. Poor bun, that's a bad case.
