A few months ago 175 pet rats were let loose, and when the town animal control attempted to exterminate them by method of shotgun, some concerned animal lovers saved some of the rats that were not killed. I received may already pregnant females and the babies (almost 200) were born two weeks later. These babies are now 11 weeks old and in desperate need of loving new homes. They are well acclimated to human contact and will bond with you easily with daily one on one attention. They are all very sweet and friendly. If you are interested in adopting a pair of these ratties, please contact me. I'm planning a road trip with the ratties from Connecticut to North Carolina to meet up with adopters who want to give them loving new homes.
