You could call her a way over colored broken blue. It can happen when breeding a broken and a solid then a booted offspring to a solidwith solid backgrounds.

I think if you want to try it give it a shot. does she have BEW in her background? does the buck? that could really help.

If you are trying to get a only BEW meat rabbit that is semi-arched then it would pretty much be the same thing as the BEW Beveren.
