I highly recommend finding a decent vet. Try this list:

Ivomec will only help if the head tilt is caused by E.cuniculi. But ear infections are another very common cause ofhead tilt, and would need to be treated with antibiotics.
If you must treat without vet supervision, read this article.Barbi Brown has a good success rate and her treatment methods havehelped other people's rabbits too. But keep in mind thatsince your bun isn't responding to Ivermectin treatment so far, she mayneed antibiotics too.
