I adopted Oliver last night. He was the result of an accidental litter. He was adopted out and then promptly returned because his new owner's children decided that they'd rather have a dog. I won't even go into how angry that makes me because, frankly, their loss is my gain. I'm as happy as can be with my sweet little boy!
Oliver is just under 3 months old and is a mini rex. I am fairly certain he is a little boy, but things can change with a baby this young. As for his coloration, it was suggested that he is likely a broken castor. My best uneducated guess concurs. However, none of that particularly matters to me. I'm in love :hearts.
I have plenty to post about, but I'll reserve that for my other thread. In the meantime, I thought I'd share his very first picture (well, the first pic I've taken of him). I apologize as it may not be the best photo. He wasn't as cooperative as I'd have liked. But, there's plenty of time for that. (I hope this pic shows as I have never attached a photo from my computer to this forum before - I am no longer using Photobucket and would prefer to go this route. I guess we'll see!)
So, without further ado...Oliver!
