I've been told you are supposed to say "white rabbits"on the 1st day of a new month before you say anything else.

And black cats are supposed to lucky/unlucky depending on which country you live in. I'm not sure about the UK but I've got a black cat, so I'll blame her f I'm having a bad day!

You are supposed to be able to reverse a mirrors 7 years bad luck if you break another straight away.

I've always just heard "rabbit rabbit," on the first of the month, not "white rabbit."
