Pulling fur and nesting more than a week early is usually a sign of a false pregnancy... but the best thing to do is wait it out and be prepared.

Better to be ready and have nothing happen, than to NOT to be prepared and lose everything.

It can really be anytime between 28 and 32 days... and I've had Giants go 35 days!

Ya but I'm kind of confused the way she said it's 32 been 32 days and they are due on the tenth, that would make her gestation period 40 days :?

yes since eyopre and caramel were toget and (maybe mated, i didm not see them. but fur every where....than.)

so i counted up the wrong days. i know it was stupid of me and i put her in danger....... but i have made sure it will not happen. so 32 days since the encounter with the male is the 10th. as blue giants said, it can be 31, 32 or between 26 i think days. i just learnt it as 32

*she has destroyed the nest.... and is eatting more food and hay.

It sounds like a false pregnancy then. Just keep an eye, but you are probably in the clear.

ok she is eatting normal. hay and water. and pellets.
and is not plucking fur and also the nest is stampped down in to the oter hay.
and she is a bit calmer. i did not get nipped. i just avoid s=her specail things.
*must remember to savee up for toys.
