Off to the vet tomorrow (wed)

ARUGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH Bangbangs ears arn't any better I have to go to a specialist rabbit vet tomorrow which is going to cost me a fortune and I dont get paid till next week! Why does it always happen that way, so I shall have to scrape out the last of my savings :shock:! But hey I love that funny bunny so it's all good!
It really annoys me though, i'm a student i'm nearly always broke but I always make it work when it comes to my pets and then there are idiots who have heaps of money and wont spend a buck on their pets treatment :grumpy:
I jsut want her ears back to normal poor baby, they are still getting clumps of wax and now the skin is all flakey. I think the stuff the other vets gave me made them worse :nonono:!!!!!!!!!!!!
And the worst part is she's so angry at me atm for always fiddling with her ears, she runs away from me :tears2:big meany she is!!!!!

Poor Bangbang, poor Lara. Good luck at the vets! I hope she gets better soon. I know how you feel about the money, I usally poor too, but always find a way to pay for vet treatment.

Isn't it funny how we always find a way to pay the vet bill, but other bills aren't always so lucky?!? Good luck tomorrow...we'll be sending prayers and good thoughts Bangbang's way (and your's too!)

Good news they arn't infected. I have to clean them out with a slightly moistened bud every 3 weeks.
Bangbang is also on yet another diet....:embarrassed:
Veggies, hay and water.... she's is NOT going to be happy she lvoes her rabbit museli/pellets! And plenty of exercise... i cant give her more exercise she spends most of her life free ranging in the yard! Maybe i'll have to send Marley after her to get her moving! muahahahahahhaa

The vet cleaned her ears out in the STRANGEST way... she used to dental machines air blower thingo and blasted the wax out :expressionless... Bangbang was NOT impressed but wow they are clean now! She said unless you have to its better not to get bunnies ears wet at all,..... fair enough!

Her target weight is 2.8-3kg (6.2-6.6ib)

The vet also breeds velverteen lops..... WOW so soft so cute i almost exploded! Bangbang was stumped, she hasn't seen another rabbit since she was young.... she didn't get aggressive... seemed interested NO LARA STOP IT YOU ARE NOT GETTING ANOTHER ONE! ARUGHHHHHHHHH I should never go to that vet again.... so many rabbit products.... plus rabbits ARUGH ARUGH ARUGH.....

Anyway... everything is looking good, Bangbang is still mad at me i've left her to wander around the yard in hope she'll forgive...

I'm so glad her ears aren't infected!!! I think the blowing of the wax is odd! I would think they would try to pull it out with a tool like people docs have.

You should get another rabbit, you know.Bangbang would benefit, and bonding is so much fun! :?LOL

How much does Bangbang weigh right now? I think Ookpik is a little overweight now too. Especially now that I have Newt to compare her to, unless he's skinny, lol. Good luck with the diet!
