Oatmeal & hay question

I think Max, in a previous life, was a pig. He does nothing but eat, play a bit, sleep a bit, then eat some more. He's eaten over an entire crock of pellets, hay like he heard there's going to be a shortage (and what he didn't eat is laying ALL around the outside of his cage. LOL), and oatmeal. I only give him a pinch or two at a time, but fairly often. He turned 9 weeks old today. Should there be any kind of limits? Or just let him eat as much as he wants? And he's drinking a lot too. When he was living in the barn he got a few pinches of oatmeal a day, a handful of hay, and a crock of food. That lasted all day, and there'd always be some in the morning.

I think hay is unlimited.. but I am unsure about the oatmeal.

My little Ellie LOVES her pellets. She goes nuts whenever I am refilling or freshening up her dish. She likes her hay too.. some days she'll eat it like crazy.. others I can barely tell she's touched it.

Balance is the key. It is especially important for a growing rabbit to get the proper nutrients for growth. A diet too high in hay may result protein deficiency.
