Okay, I picked up a tube of the dog/cat Nutri Cal today (just to have on hand)and it doesn't look like you can squeeze it from the tube right into a rabbits mouth.What is the best way to go about administering it?Do you thinkthey wouldlick it off your finger? Put it in a syringe?

My rabbits despise the taste soI takeNutrical about the size of a pea and pick the rabbit up. the rabbit think he is getting petted but with one hand I am smearing the nutrical into the fur on a front leg. I don't just place it there;I smear it in hard. whenI sit the rabbit down he is forced to eat it because he cannot stand having it on his leg

I hope someone else has better way to do it than that.

If i place it anywhere like on a foot he will just flick it through the air.

It's the way I used to administer Petromalt - I'd imagine anywhere on his body he cleans himself, he'd have to lick it off himself.

Good going on getting it! I would first try putting it on the paws. Then, they have to "lick it off". Best if they do, but ya never know...
