Good advice Laura, I had the same problem with the sharp edges.

Llama, I'll try to take a photo soon.Been swamped with work lately. The tack welds are actually on the edgesof the four individual squares where they all meet in the center. Heonly welded that part together to make it stable and then we use zipties for our hinge. If you imagine a + that is the part that is welded.

here's petey's cage..its actually the cage theyre supposed to share..but for now peteys the only one in it..
