I don't remember where I read this, but lastnight, Trix seemed bored, so I crumpled up a few pieces of newspaperand put it in a shallow box, along with the rest of the uncrumplednewspaper.

TRIX LOVED IT! She was occupied for HOURS last night, and this morning I woke up to the sound of shredding newspaper.

The only thing is, she EATS the paper. IS this ok? She doesn't seem to know how to spit things out! lolol

We had considered giving our buns newspaper toplay with (shred, etc.) but I was worried about the ink. Iread somewhere that the ink nowadays is vegetable based, or somesuch...is this true?

Newspaper is safe. The ink is vegetable oil. Ionly use newspaper, because I read somewhere that the newspapercompanies had to start using vegetable because people were complainingabout the risks with their toddlers chewing onitect.
