Newborn bunny help!!!

Hello! I was stimulating my newborn baby buns whom still have a nursing mother I just help put to make sure they are using the bathroom. While I was doing so one baby peed like a greenish color? I dont know what this could be I’m really worried!! Please help!!!

I have been feeding her mom lots and lots of greens and vegetables since her birth so I guess that could be a possibility since he is nursing them right??
