Our little guy is very self sufficient when we are on trips (also not travelling much due to covid) but when we were traveling we use an autofeeder:

You could probably use something smaller but this would give him 2 weeks of food if it was necessary (we have left him alone for 5 days once)
Then we put up 2 water bottles (1 week supply)
Also he wasn't unmonitored as we used a wifi enabled camera to keep a live feed, this also has audio so you can call him.

These are just some self sufficient options, if you were going to leave the bunny alone for an extended period 3 or 4 days, it would be nice to have someone check on him/her from time to time as they are very social creatures. Be warned they do hold grudges! When we left him for 5 days he avoided us for 3 days!
