New Member Help Please

I have been trying to upload a photo and it will not let me. Every time I try a little box pops up and says "error,Sorry, only GIF, JPG or PNG file uploads are allowed. Any suggestions on what I should do?

yep tinypic.com, upload, pick message board, copy code, paste in the forums

I use Photobucket.com (which is free) then copy and paste the img code to RO.
