Miffy looks a lot like my Nibbles, who has the "broken" Dutch coloration like yours - in fact, she's all black on one side, with only one white front paw.

Re. chasing games, I guess it depends on the bunny? Nibbles actually *likes* playing chase, with me being the pursuer. But we go by her rules! She takes off and runs anywhere from 6-10 feet, then waits for me to walk up behind her. (In fact, she looks back to see if I'm going to follow, almost inviting me to chase her.) As soon as I get close to her rear, she's off again in a zig-zagging run for another 6-10 feet, and so on, until she gets tired of it, or decides to play some other game, or flops down and demands (basically) that I pet her. (Spoiled bunny! :bunnydance:)

She's an "only" rabbit and is doing fine with me, though I'm home a lot and keep her in my family room, where I spend a lot of time. So even when I'm not playing with her, I'm hanging out with her. (i guess...)

At this point, I have no plans to get another bunny to keep her company, but maybe somewhere down the line, that will happen... She seems very content at this point.

Edit: I'm new here, too!

That's what I was thinking. I really don't want to get another bunny right now but maybe down the line when things are better with us. I'd like to get a different breed of bunny though when I do, something smaller. Miffy stays in our living room where we spend 80% of the time. She hasher cagewhere it's where she can see everyone and they can see her yet she's notright in the middle of the actionso she can have some peaceful time to.
