I made that crab mac n cheese tonight for dinner! Hubby just loved it-- unfortunately. He's trying to cut back on how much he eats, but he said he just couldn't resist. :biggrin2:

Oh... I should also say it was good comfort food for me. I've had a tough day with my bunnies, separating Chip from the other two and bringing the two into their 'new' cage. I needed something simple to make that was yummy and - yeah- comforting. :eats:

YAY!! Im glad yall like it ...it is definitely a comfort food. You can always make it more healthy by using whole wheat noodles and low fat cheese. Although the velveeta doesnt come in low fat lol

I only buy the "white whole wheat pasta" so it's very filling. (I can't stand the taste of regular wheat pasta, but the white whole wheat tastes just like the regular pasta but has all the fiber of the whole wheat)

I used "full fat" cheese :wink - yumm!

We have enough leftover for tonight too!! -- actually I'm still trying to figure out how to cook for fewer people since one son moved out of state and another left for college.
