Ok I think the rabbits are irratated by something around my house.
I just brought home a new buck, he literally started sneezing as soon as I put him in the cage. He had thick white snot. He came from a pet home. None of the bunnies have eye discharge or diareah. It is just sneezing and nose discharge,

Most of my rabbits are on wire bottom cages. The only rabbits that arent sneezing are: Cheerio (Netherland Dwarf), Cash (Netherland Dwarf), & Biscotti (Jersey Woolie).

The ones that are sneezing are all Angoras and Big Breeds. The hay is dusty, but what could cause them to start sneezing as soon as they get here?

Also what color are Deweys eyes?

Hmm... what a mystery! It does sound like it could be something environmental, what exactly I'm not sure.

Oh and Dewey's eyes are blue. :)

Here's a question that comes to my mind...

Do you guys use any sort of air freshener in the house? Or anything aromatic like that? Could be that the chemicals from such things could be irritating their noses.

Just a thought...

:ponder:

I had a bun that I got at the Kentucky State Fair back in 2006. I had had him a little while and he suddenly started sneezing, it took awhile but I figure out it was the pellets! He would shove his head into the feeder and get it up his nose and it would cause him to sneeze all day. I had to switch his feeder and make sure all the dust was out. Have you thought of this?

The hay I currently have is very dusty but I shake it out when I go and get it from the barn and then shake it out as I am handing it out. I have not had a problem with the dusty so far.

Do you have trees in your yard? May be dander or something.
