Nails

I took babii in the front of my house on the cement stairs and she went to jump up but one of her nails came partially out..not all the way out up it did come out a lot. should i keep it that way, or try and wiggle it out?? im siriously not sure.but for now my mom and me held her down just long enough to trim it so thier all equal

If it is not bleeding and doesn't seem to becausing her any pain, I would leave the nail alone. Pulling it out will cause it to bleed.

When Pipp had that problem, I just left it.A few days later, she started flicking her foot like crazy (as only bunnies can), and somethingwent zinging past my ear at about 100 MHR. :shock:The nail. She could have taken my eye out!

Whoa! So, the whole nail came off? Did another grow back or is she nail less there now? I've never heard of that happening, but I guess anything is possible.

no it dosn't seem to bother her at all. so il just keep it like that to see how it is

Yup, the nail grew back, no problem. She limped a little when she first bent it and maybe a bit when it flew off, but maybe not. She's quite the little wimp, but it really didn't bother her much. I think it's pretty common.

Our S'more caught one of her nails on the carpet and pulled it almost all the way off. It was just kind of dangling, so I pulled it off....it hadn't really bled until I did that cool move,duh.
She seemed more upset with us being upset, than over the fact that she ripped a nail off.
All that was left was the cuticle, but the nail grew back eventually.
