The difference is probably not a visible one.

One of the things that would make a substantial difference is thehardness of the blade and the lifetime warranty. With a hardness ratingof 50 the blades will stay sharper longer.

The retail brand has most likely mimiced the look of the professionalones. A common deceptive move to fool the consumers into thinking thatthey are the same.
