My moment of love for today

Today I was working on my computer and looked over and saw Rilee conked out on her shelf, flat and stretched out. But her eyes were open and seemed blank. Oh God, I thought, I had tried making a toy for her with yarn and she had chewed through it - what if she swallowed some and now she's dead!! She didn't move when I called her name kind of quietly from my desk. So I walked over, and she lifted her head.

:shock: She was fine, but now I felt bad for waking her up. So I started talking softly to her and her eyes closed little by little, and her head lowered, and I could hear her teeth purring - all just from my voice! :inlove: It made me feel sooooo loved

Bunnies seem to really enjoy the sound of a human voice. Teacup will start tooth purring if you talk to her, it soooooooo cute!!

Don't worry about her eatting the yarn, my bunnies eat my carpet (we can't get them to stop!!) and are okay.

That's so cute!! The first time I found Rory asleep, I was torn between "oh my gosh that's adorable" and "oh my gosh is he dying" because my old rabbit NEVER slept like he does. He was on his side with his eyes closed "running" in his sleep and twitching his nose and lips. He didn't wake up when I talked to him or opened the cage, but jumped up when I touched him. Silly bunnies! Maybe some day I will get video of him dreaming...

Aren't they wonderful?!

It amazes me how happy we can make them sometimes when they make us so happy all the time!

I walked into the room where Bo was playing today and he perked his ears up to see who it was. When I said "Hi ****oo!" He binkied and took off! He flew around the hearth and came to a stop in front of me for petting. *melt*

<3 She can have her moments. It was deep into naptime, so that may have had something to do with it I can tell that she's gotten closer to me over the months, although she still won't let me pick her up or anything. Today I tried to get her on my lap again, and this time I managed to get her to stay!! What a day! lol She got to enjoy a nice long petting session on my lap before hopping off and almost got mad, but then she got a craisin

lol too funny, i remember gettin Belle and i never new that they slept on there side, i thought they always slept ready to run. So the day that Belle flopped on her side i nearly crapped myself, i ran like there was a fire to her cage and nearly gave her a heart attack doing it,lol. Silly bunnies
