My first ultrasound!!!

So I had my first doctor appointment today. I am 6weeks and 4 days pregnant. We were actually able to see the little heart beat and hear the hearbeat for a second. AMAZING!!! i had testing done for Down Syndrome and Cystic Fibrosis on the baby. I dont know when I will get the results for that. But I am so excited about my little blueberry (thats how big it is this week). I go back in 2 weeks for another ultrasound.

Congrats!! I didn't see my little guy till he was 14 weeks gestation and then again at 20 weeks. They grow so fast when they're in our tummies. I love being able to see them in our bellies don't you!?

I hope you don't have to have too many done. No one really knows if they affect the baby in some way.

After this next one I won't have another until 16 weeks. They want to check growth because I am a high risk pregnancy. So these first few weeks are crucial for me and the baby. I said the same thing to them about the ultrasounds
