Oh, I just saw this! He is so handsome-I'm sure the neuter will help w/ his personality and smell, lol!

I don't think any of us are going to say "re-home him" :)Lionheads are so fun!

Haley, how's Kirby today? Has he started to settle in? I'd love to see a picture of him and Max 2.0, that would be a great picture.

Susan:)

Hey! I just found the pictures of the Kirbster!! CUTE! Such a little fuzz muffin. I love him. No one can be cuter than Tumnus of course... but in the grand scale of bunny cuteness... he's a winner. hehehe. What's his personality like so far?

Im going to have to get a video for you guys this week- he's crazy! He runs around buzzing like Nigel used to and stomping his feet everytime he sees Biggie Max. His head is so big from all that hair that he looks like a floating head!

He hasnt shown any signs of aggression except when he and Nigel tried to get at one another through the bars. He wont really let me hold him for long but I think its because he just has so much energy- hopefully he'll settle down after the neuter next Monday.

How is Tumnus feeling about all this?

I think its great that you have this guy - even if it is only for a bit....but to be honest - I hope you keep him!

What an incredible cutie! He looks like a trible. Gotta' tell ya', Dr. Melody 'Fullmoon' Frankenbunny could eat him in 2 bites. She is in a major bad mood because we have contrators in the house doing work on the kitchen. One has rabbits at home and he tried to cozy up to Dr. Mel. He is now sporting some Cat In The Hat band aids.

Aww Dr. Melody Frankenbunny needs a lionhead friend, Im tellin' ya ;)Except this one would probably give it right back to her!

Peg, Tumnus hasnt seen him yet. He's not neutered yet so he's staying away from everyone except Nigel and Max 2.0 since theyre all in the same room.

I forgot how much trouble an unneutered bun can cause in the house :(I was holding him and he must have marked my shirt. I put him away and picked Nigel up and held him against me- he went berserk and latched onto my shirt (thank God I was able to pull the sweatshirt away from my body) he wouldnt let go and was kicking me rapidly. If I wouldnt have had the sweatshirt on I would be getting stitches right now.

Then I come upstairs and Lucy smells him and goes nuts too- she tried to bite me twice. Ugh.

Hopefully things will get better post neuter or I dont know what to do. :(

Someone in WI contacted SRR about adopting a lionhead. Angela, the smart lady she is, jingled my thinker about Kirby. I've sent photos! Extra info in the Chicago Ridge thread.
