Thanks you guys! :D I may have more pictures this afternoon. The ones I posted above are a few days old so everyone has gotten bigger and they have their eyes open!

A couple more pictures of them! They're all bouncing around, munching on pellets and drinking water.

I am worried about one though. She's basically a bag of bones while her litter mates are really nice and chunky. Any advice? I debated about pulling her aside and giving her some of her own food and hay. Maybe the others are eating up all the food before she can get any? Or possibly putting her on some formula or vitamins?

A rabbit breeder that I spoke to said I might lose the baby. Said that she might have a poor heart?

First, I have to say....ADORABLE BABIES!! All those little helicopter ears make me smile.

Regarding the one who's skinny....Yeah, it doesn't sound too good. Personally, when we have one that doesn't quite thrive, the first thing we do is give it an extra feeding session or two with Mama. That way we can at least see that the baby is getting fed. Sometimes the weak ones can't even compete anymore because they aren't fast or strong enough. Plus, there is nothing that you can supplement with that is as nutritious as mother's milk. So, in a day or two we have a better idea of whether it's failure to thrive, ora little runt that is struggling.

If the baby does have some sort of congenital defect, like a bad heart, or the inability to absorb and use nutrition, youwill most certainlylose him or her eventually. But, I don't like to assume that is the problem. You will probably find out soon enough after a few days of TLC. Best of luck!
