I am! Though I must admit, I found last season not as good. Part of the problem I think comes when they put the show into hiatus for several weeks (months) before returning it...I tend to lose interest. And I found that the writers focused much more on the drama than on humor last season. I really enjoy the funny parts! Like Sawyer having to wear the makeshift glasses when he was getting headaches...or the science teacher who exploded (okay, gross...but funny too). And Hurley is just too cool! ;) The real complaint I had about the show was one episode where Ben killed a bunny in front of Sawyer by shaking its cage. :X

But even for all the disappointment I found from last season, I am looking forward to catching it again this year. Any idea when it airs? I haven't heard anything yet.

And I can blame my son for the Lost addiction. When the first season began airing, I vowed to watch it, but kept missing shows, so finally gave up. Then at the end of the second season (which I also didn't watch, since I'd missed the first) I went to visit my son for a few days. He had the first season on dvd, and had borrowed all of the second season episodes from his friend, so we both sat there and watched the entire thing! LOL (I can also blame him for my new addiction to Heroes as well.)

The first bunny episode, where Ben shook the cage deeply disturbed me, too, but subsequent episodes kind of cleared that up. The rabbit was actually ok. It was Ben's way of getting Sawyer to talk. Very bad scene, though, I agree.

Personally, I like the drama in fiction like Lost. I avoid it like the plague in real life, though, LOL.

Yes, Hurley is cool, and I wish they'd bring back Libbey.

Locke was originally my favorite character but Desmond has been the most interesting to me the past year or so.

I know the weird way they distribute episodes is strange. As far as I've heard, the next new episode will not air until February. of '08. They are contracted for something like 16 episodes for the next three years.

I watched the first series and a half of Lost, but it got waaaayy to confusing for me :p, I just wanted it to end. :?Desperate Housewives is my favourite show ;), I'm looking forward to series 4. :) (Which we won't get until after Christmas, and in the US it will start soon, but last year that happened and we saw the last episode within a few days of the US seeing it. :?)

Oh...I must have missed that! I did miss a couple of the shows, and just continued watching anyway. Yeah, that scene upset me, not so much because in the storyline the rabbit was killed, but because they really did shake the $#!# out of that poor bunny for the filming (from what I could tell).

There are so many characters that I love in that show: Charlie, Hurley, Locke (though his character was beginning to get annoying), Jack (probably more just to watch him though, than for his character :p), Sayiid (sp.). I really enjoyed Libby as well, and was just getting interest in her character when they got rid of her.

Is it really not going to air again until 2008?!!??!!???? And 16 episodes in 3 years is terrible...sheesh! Even with a show as good as Lost, that's got to hurt it.

LOL...Michaela, when Desperate Housewives first aired I told my sister about it, saying she HAD to watch it, as I thought it was the best new show I'd seen in years. But for some reason I just didn't sit down to watch it after that. Now she watches it faithfully every week, and me...every so often I catch it, and really enjoy it...but I don't watch it continuously. Maybe it has to do with the day that it airs - I guess I don't watch much tv on Sunday evenings. But for some reason I never see it, even though it's a really great show. (I'll probably wind up having to rent the first seasons of it and re-watch the entire thing, just as I did with Lost.)

i watched the first season and then the second season i didnt miss an episode, i was hooked, but now forget it the last season i watched when i remebered. i seen most of them, but i could have cared less, they are just dragging it out, it is too slow for me. I get it that just like gilligans island when and if they are rescued the show is over, but this is just really slow, and then they go so far in between when they go off the air , it takes me a while to get back into it and by the time i get into it a littel they are going off again  lol

I love Lost. but i am a little miffed about the lack of answers. 5 billion questions and 10 answers in the last 3 seasons is annoying. I like the characters but want more of some and less or others. But I keep watching becasue i will be more pissed if I stop now.
My fave characters and Desmond (and Penny), Charlie, Sawyer, and Boone.

It's not starting till febuary. But there will be no breaks (hopefully).

OMG I am so addicted to Lost, its my favourite show!:biggrin2: I cannot wait until the next series starts.....only problem is we are way behind in the UK. :(

I'm sure you're completely caught up to where we are here in the states.

You saw the season finale with Jack on the bridge, right?

I used to watch religiously. I got a little jaded when nothing was happening for so many episodes. It seemed like every episode just created more questions..and none of the previous questions were being answered.

Sometimes I think theyre just all sitting around smoking something coming up with different ideas/storylines..like "oh, how about a polar bear" and "oooh lets make this black smoke thingy too". Nothing seems to connect. Im just waiting for the finale to be something like it was all some weird dream and nothing was connected. lol

I predict that the series finale of Lost will have Kate waking up in a bedroom to find Sawyer in the shower, and when she opens the shower door she will say, "I had the weirdest dream" (ala a season finale of Dallas) and that will be the explanation for all the unanswered questions...a bizarre pizza-induced dream or sumthin....:p

Sunday!? :shock:Weird! :pLol, it's on a Wednesday here, or Tuesday, depending on if you watch it on a Uk or Irish channel. :)

It's my favourite show, I don't watch all that much else on TV. :D

That's entirely possible, and nothing would surprise me, but like I said, the flash forward concept really interests me, and I hope to see more of Penny in the future because I think she's a really key character, along with Desmond.
