I have two male rabbits, we got them in April and they were 3 months old at the time. We started litter training right away, and have had problems ever since. Most people I have talked to say their rabbits use the same spot for going to the bathroom and wont go around their food. My rabbits, seem to not care where they go! I got the little box for them, and they do use it, they just also go wherever they feel like. I clean up the messes as soon as I see them but the days that I work all day, I come home to a cage that is such a mess, and I am getting tired of having to clean the whole cage every single day. I am hoping to eventually just clean a litter box. We love our rabbits, and they are super friendly, love being held and played with, the only problem we seem to have is the bathroom. So any advice anyone can give would be greatly appreciated!

Welcome to the forum,
Their around 9 months old now.... Are they neutered?

Getting their little man bits whacked off at the same time will help ALOT. Not to mention you have 2 unfixed males together so they are competing for territory and marking includes pee and poop all over the place. Some boys can be mature at 3 months so I can see why youve had propblems every since.
You havnt had any issues with them fighting? nobody looses a clump of fur here or there?

Get them neutered :)

I agree you need to neuter them or separate them, that will fix your litter issues. They are in a constant battle of marking territory, and it'll only get worse.
