Yes, please share!! :)

As far as an answer to your question about the pee messing up the pegboard...

When Trixie first got here, she wouldn't pee in the upstairs litterbox(she's phasing over on her own now, and when I see three straight weeksof no pee in the bottom litterbox, I'll probably take it out...we'regetting there). Anyway, after the first couple days of usnoticing her not using it...we pulled her cage out of the corner alittle and noticed that she'd been peeing downstairs...LOTS!!

All that to say...

The pegboard downstairs is fine, even with that much urine hitting itand sitting underneath. Of course, it doesn't do much for theappearance of the stuff, but it (the urine) doesn't damage thepegboard. Flower's had a few accidents outside the box, too(mainly when she'd outgrown her smaller box, and we needed to get abigger one), and none of those really phased the pegboard.

So, to answer your question...the pegboard will be fine, but won't lookall too great, considering that, though it doesn't warp the board, itdoes leave quite the stain (darker spot with a bit o' chalkiness)behind.

:D

LOL.......isn't rabbit pee beautiful?:whatevah:headsmack

Hmm sounds good.I am going to use it for the boy, (Connor and Elvis) they are for the most part neat.

Not Dallas and Teresa. Dallas is to much of a pig. I think he doesn'tpee in the litter pan often. For them I am going to use choroplast.

Put them in last night and look....

Oh my gosh! I hope they learn to use their litter box quickly. That is suuuch a mess.

I think it would be better with the choroplast also.

Wow Alicia! I feel bad foryou. They'll learn eventually:). I agree w/ thesoft things. Snuff will pee on soft things, like the carpetwhen he's out:shock:. He's newly trained though, we are goingto shampoo soon, so I hope that stops it. Angel has beendoing it too and never used to out of her cage:shock:. Thecarpet is basically ruined by their cages. Oh well. They're very good in their cages though, so I won'tcomplain...:whistling.

I put tile down...they peed on the tile. They pee on anything and everything.

See the problem?

Are they also diggers? I noticed thecanvases in the pans. Do you wipe the pee up and put it intheir pans? That doesn't even help? Wow.Maybe b/c they're not all bonded yet that they feel they need to mark, mark, mark? Hhmmmmm.:)

Teresa digger. I dont know if its that. We have blocked off veiw of others tried them in another room.

Oh and I think I mentioned Dallas was like that before he came here. He was alone and like that.

Maybe they don't like the canvas so they are showing you by making a mess of everything and not going in the pans.

Sorry, I'm just grasping at straws, trying to help you come up with something:).

I just think they are part human teenagers that like angering mom.

Also I have an unneutered male that doesnt make a quater of thethe mess they do.

Our Hooligans (our 3 bonded bunns) are like thistoo. We have a hutch for them and it is carpeted...they havegood and bad days...but at this time of year they are horrid. It's almost like they forget their littertraining. When webuilt the hutch we used plywood...and it became apparent that it wasn'tgoing to last.So we covered it inarborite. We just use vinegar and it wipes totallyclean. We also keep a rechargeable hand vac right beside thehutch for quick cleanups. The next thing we do...(I have aspinal injury so I am home 24/7 so for most people this is less thanrealistic) I check and check and double check...anytime I find a poop apee anything I stop and clean it asap. I don't leave anyhtinglon enough for them to get any bright ideas. It really hashelped. They ruined a carpet about 2 weeks ago with theirmesses...today we had one pee. I know who it was (Peppers)because Skittles is getting all of Solembums attention right nowbecause she is the dominant bunn! I wonder if they could fitme in the pecking order so I don;'t have to be in charge of thecleanup!!??:? So basically I live to clean up after a load ofgoofy bunns!:D

This is a pic of the bottom shelf of the hutch...the othershelvesdon't get peed on much...they seem to aim for this onethe most!:?
