Whilst patting our approximately 5-year-old lop-eared bunny, we noticed that she is getting a lump, getting larger. I can pull it away with her skin (see photo).

She gets plenty of outdoor and indoor time, digs when she's outside, eats hay and alfalfa pellets and vegetable scraps. She is not spayed.

Any ideas? From my casual searches, it somewhat matches an abscess symptom.

It's possible it's an abscess, but with your rabbit being older and not spayed I would be extremely concerned about it possibly being cancer. Only way to find out would be to see your vet and have a fine needle aspirate done of the lump.

I agree with JBun. I would be most concerned about breast cancer. It could also be an abscess, or even a hernia. All of which need veterinary intervention.
