Not necessarily true, most Macs (infact I hesitate to say all Macs incase I'm wrong) now run Windows... so you can still run your Microsoft and Windows programmes on them. Infact, Mac is probably a good choice with that for a laptop because they tend to be better made, crash less often and are generally faster.

My brother, and cousin took this course at a local college and the teachers told them 'When you buy a dell, and it breaks. The only parts you can get for it must be dell. Witch are more expensive'

I mean by, If you buy a HP, and it breaks. But you find a cheap part you arre missing from toshiba .. you can use it. But if you own a Dell.. you actually have to get a dell part. Witch sucks.
